Three (3) Months Mentorship Support Program for committed Youth in Sierra Leone.

• Access to opportunities for growth and development

This survey will help us know more about the child and her interests and help us find a good match. All mentees/mentors meet 1 hour per week and have weekly contact. What are the most convenient times for you to meet with your mentor?

YoMSuD-SL Youth Engagement, Sustainability & Innovation  Department (YES-AID) appreciates you and your  interest in becoming a mentee. After receiving this completed registration form, we will evaluate the information and send you a message letting you know if your application has been accepted or not into our 2023 mentorship program. Much of the information you supplied in this  packet will be used to match you with an appropriate mentor, Therefore, the YES-AID staff may, at times, need to access and share this information with prospective mentors and other parties when it is in the best interest of the match.
